Custom to Your Culture
Every wedding is different—and every culture brings its own traditions.
We work with you to incorporate:
Traditional food service styles and timing
Cultural music and entertainment
Family-focused seating and flow
Unique customs and moments that matter most
Whether it’s a lively Italian reception or a Portuguese celebration filled with music and movement, we tailor the experience to reflect your vision.
Multi-Course Dinner Service
European weddings do not compress well. An Italian reception moves through antipasto, pasta, a main course, salad, fruit and cheese, dessert and a midnight table. A Portuguese celebration builds slowly and peaks late. A Greek reception clears the floor for circle dancing and does not put the chairs back for hours.
ERA hosts one event at a time, which is what makes that possible. There is no hard changeover forcing your dinner service to accelerate, no second party sharing the lobby, no sound restriction imposed by a wedding next door. The room is yours for the length of the night.
Antipasto stations or a plated first course during the receiving line
Pasta service followed by a plated main, or a dual entrée
Salad, fruit and cheese service in the European order rather than the North American one
A dessert and sweet table, with pastries, cookie trays and family contributions accommodated
Espresso, digestivo and liqueur service
A late-night table — porchetta, sandwiches, pizza or a station suited to your family's tradition
Family recipes, an outside pastry supplier or a specific bakery can usually be built into the plan. The venue holds its own liquor licence and bar service is run and staffed by our team, so no Special Occasion Permit is required from your family — the built-in bar supports full cocktail service, wine on the tables through dinner, and a bar that stays open late.
Curated Menus Crafted for any European Tradition
The Entrance, the Floor and the Band
Grand entrances matter here, and the room is configured to give them room —
a clear approach, controlled lighting and sound cues coordinated with your MC.
The dance floor is sized to the guest count rather than fixed, which matters when a tarantella,
a kalamatianó or a vira turns half the room into a circle. Live bands are welcome, with the power, staging area and load-in access to support them.
Because we host one event at a time, start times, dinner service and the end of the night are set in your
agreement rather than by a house standard — relevant when the celebration peaks late.
