Where Pakistani Weddings Come to Life
From vibrant Mehndi nights to elegant Barat and Valima receptions, ERA Event Venue is designed to host unforgettable multi-day Pakistani wedding celebrations — complemented by curated menus and a team that understands the traditions, timelines, and details that matter most.
Every Function, Planned Properly
A Pakistani wedding is a series of distinct events, and treating them as interchangeable is where most venues fall short. The Mehndi is loud, colourful and informal. The Nikkah is quiet and structured. The Barat is formal and photographed heavily. The Walima is the host family's statement.
ERA plans each one separately — layout, lighting, seating, menu and run of show — while keeping the whole sequence under a single booking and a single point of contact. Because the venue runs one event at a time, changeovers between functions are managed on your schedule rather than squeezed between other parties.
Your coordinator sets out the turnover plan with your decorator and caterer before the first function: when each team has the room, what stays in place overnight, and where equipment is stored between nights.
The Space
30 to 200+ guests, with layouts drawn per function
Twelve-foot ceilings and a bright, naturally lit lobby suited to daytime Mehndi and Nikkah functions
Fully customizable LED lighting, colour-matched per night
Integrated sound system with microphones for the Nikkah, speeches and dholki, plus power and staging for large DJ setups
Projectors and screens for family videos and live streaming for relatives overseas
Entirely stair-free, with accessible washrooms and parking
Private suite for outfit changes between functions
Ample on-site parking, minutes from the 407Stage, Seating and Sightlines
Stage placement is the first decision in the layout, not the last. The couple's stage is positioned against room sightlines so guests at the back tables are watching the couple rather than a screen — a practical matter when a Barat runs to 200 guests and the photography is centred entirely on the stage.
Seating is configured to your family's preference. Mixed tables, family sections, or separated seating areas are all accommodated, with entry flow and washroom access planned accordingly.
The Mehndi is the function most often under-planned. It needs floor space, sound that handles live dhol and group singing, informal seating and lighting that reads well in photographs. The room is configured accordingly — cleared floor area, lounge and floor seating options, and a sound setup that supports both live percussion and a DJ.
