Where Refined Indian Weddings Come to Life
Celebrate Tradition
Without Compromise
Indian weddings are more than celebrations — they are multi-day experiences rich with culture, ritual, family, and unforgettable moments.
At ERA Event Venue, we specialize in hosting large-scale Indian weddings with precision and elegance, ensuring every event — from the Mehndi and Sangeet to the Baraat and grand reception — unfolds seamlessly.
Our venue was designed for grandeur, flexibility, and exceptional hospitality, allowing each ceremony and tradition to be honoured without limitation.
Multi-Day Celebrations, Planned as One File
An Indian wedding is a sequence of events, not a single evening. Mehndi, Sangeet, the ceremony and the reception each carry their own layout, guest list, catering plan and mood — and each has to be delivered without the previous night's setup getting in the way.
ERA is configured for exactly that. Multi-day bookings are handled as a single file with one point of contact, coordinated turnovers between functions, and layouts drawn in advance so your decorator knows precisely what changes between nights. Because the venue hosts one event at a time, the room is not being shared with another party mid-sequence.
The hardest part of a multi-day wedding is not any single night — it is the hours in between. A Sangeet stage has to come down and a mandap has to go up. Décor loads out while catering loads in. Your coordinator builds a turnover plan with your decorator and caterer that sets out exactly when each team has the room, what stays in place between functions, and where equipment is stored overnight.

Ample on-site parking, minutes from the 407, with easy access from Brampton, Mississauga and Milton
The Baraat, the Mandap and the Reception
The Baraat needs an approach, not a doorway. Our team plans the procession route, dhol positioning and guest staging in advance, and coordinates timing with your DJ and MC so the arrival into the hall is controlled rather than improvised. Lighting cues and sound are set for the transition into the ceremony or reception.
Mandap placement is planned against room sightlines so guests seated at the back are not watching a screen. Ceremony seating converts to full dinner service in a managed reset, with your decorator working to a load-in and changeover window confirmed before the date.
For couples holding the ceremony at a temple or gurdwara earlier in the day, the room is staged and ready before guests arrive, with the private suite available for a change of outfit ahead of the reception entrance.
